If you didn’t know already, I moved to Japan and am living there / here for the next year. As part of that, I created a YouTube channel to chronicle my experiences, whiskey-related or not. I’ve started to explore and learn about whiskey in Japan (not just Japanese whiskey, which often isn’t that Japanese), including what they sell that’s different than in the US, how it’s sold, and more. In this video, I open up a box of whiskey I ordered from a retailer in Japan and talk about the bottles I purchased, the experience of buying whiskey online, and how Japan regulates alcohol sales different.
